Amy Pavia

Owner & Operating Broker, REALTOR®
Licensed in RI, CT

Amy has worked full time in real estate for more than twenty years, helping people buy, sell and rent homes and guiding condominium boards through their hardest decisions. She grew up in the Berkshires in a family of home builders, so houses, and the people who live in them, have always been part of her life. She began her career in Berkshire County in 2004 and brought it to Rhode Island in 2008.

In 2016 she founded Seaflower Property Group. For sixteen years she was also entrusted with the Bromley apartment buildings in Wayland Square, rising from leasing manager to managing director and vice president. She has also managed hundreds of condominiums, overseeing their operations, budgets and governance. That hands‑on work with budgets, board meetings, bylaws, collections, vendors and difficult conversations is the foundation of Seaflower's Condo Association Consulting.

Clients know Amy for careful screening, clear communication, steady judgment and calm under pressure. Whether she is pricing a home, placing a tenant or advising a board, her goal is the same: protect your investment and make the process feel manageable. Away from work, Amy enjoys downtime relaxing with her beloved dog, Ivy, and exploring Rhode Island's hidden gems.

Jackie Clegg Hughes

Salesperson, REALTOR®
Licensed in RI

Jackie began her real estate career in 2014 and joined Seaflower in 2020, where she works with clients on sales and rentals. Warm, friendly and honest, she has a gift for putting people at ease, whether it's a renter touring a first apartment or a seller getting ready to list.

Her many years of working with the public sharpened the people skills clients notice right away. She has volunteered her dental services for the Army Reserves and has given her time to community, church and school events.

Jackie has called Cumberland, Rhode Island, home for more than twenty years. She raised her two daughters there and served on their schools' PTO. Outside of real estate, you'll find her on the pickleball court or traveling with her husband and family.
