Condo Association Consulting

Strategic guidance for life inside your association

This is its own specialty, separate from sales and rentals. Boards and unit owners call us when their association faces something it can’t easily untangle on its own: an owner in conflict with a board member, a board at odds with its owners, or a decision too big or too sensitive to make without an outside perspective. As a neutral, experienced party, we bring general clarity and practical, strategic guidance, and we leave you with a plan, including when it’s time to bring in an attorney.

Not property management

Seaflower no longer offers property management. Whether or not your association already has a manager, your board can hire us as an outside, neutral party for specific issues, under a separate written agreement.

We are not attorneys and do not give legal advice or legal opinions. When a matter calls for an attorney, we’ll tell you, and we can help you prepare focused questions so your attorney’s time, and your association’s money, are well spent.
